Beautiful lamp and excellent service by Homedekk
The lamp we purchased is of good quality and exactly as described on the website. We're very happy with it! The support I received from Homedekk regarding the shipping (something went wrong with the track&trace), and regarding some additional questions I had, was very friendly, fast, and professional! One downside: the lamp comes with a remote control that functions a bit poorly. That's a shame and not what you expect with such a lamp.

Beautiful lights
Beautiful lights. All I have ordered, worked well and based on the description. Very fast reaction of service team (Ann). The goods went through custom process. Homedekk refunded all extra expenses! I can recommend

Super assistance and good product
I ordered a lamp on the website. The order was late and I was very worried the site was fake as there weren't many reviews. Instead I got a lot of assistance, also during the weekend. They offered a refund but then the parcel started to move again, arrived in perfect condition to my house (in Switzerland where toll can be a problem). They also issued a partial refund because the parcel was late. The lamp is beautiful!
