Had charles come out and provide my wife with estimate for gutter replacement which was provided..my wife advised that we had 2 other companies scheduled for estimates as well at which point his demeanor changed and he became extremely rude to my wife while I was in the house..very unprofessional of him and I would not recommend anyone use this company

The reason they have such good reviews…
The reason they have such good reviews is because they offer you a discount to leave one immediately...even before installation. They use high-pressure sales tactics and will refuse to leave your home until a contract is signed. DO NOT SCHEDULE A FREE QUOTE.
They also start with a ridiculous price and then arbitrarily bring it down from there if you don't sign the contract right away. They are just trying to see how much they can scam you out of. Who knows how much the service is actually worth, but certainly not the price they tried to make us pay.

New HomeCraft Gutter Guards Installed-very dissapointed...
We had HomeCraft Gutter Guards ( in Knoxville, Tennessee) installed on our new home last October 2021. We were sold 'Black Gutter Guards' so to match our gutters, downspouts, etc. When they came to install the gutters they installed silver-metal color ones instead. When I called the HomeCraft sales rep he said, "Oh I'm sorry, no worries..as I'll have my Manager order 'Black ones' instead and we'll come out and replace them accordingly." Four Months went by... yet we were still promised that the 'Black color Guards' were still coming. Now, 4-months later; Homecraft Gutter Protection from Knoxville Tennessee is stating... "Oh, they don't make 'Black ones'; we're very sorry." So very frustrating. Why they did not tell me this 4 months ago I do not know. Again, I was clearly sold 'Black Gutter Guards', or I mean, I was basically lied to... Therefore, I do NOT recommend Homecraft Gutter Protection, and would suggest you contact another company. Rob A.

Very poor customer relations!
HomeCraft gutter shields review
I had a HomeCraft salesman, Brian Galkus, of the Nashville office come to my house March 16, 2020 to give me a price for installing HomeCraft gutter guards on a majority of my house. After initially quoting me a price of $8,937, it was eventually lowered through negotiations to $3,319. Without making an installation appointment, the installing supervisor called me one morning and said the crew would be there that day. However, the crew did not show up. I never got another call explaining why or resetting the schedule. Several days later, the crew showed up and commenced to prep the gutters by cleaning them out. I had to show them which gutters were involved because they thought they were to do all the gutters. (Some of my gutters had already been done by LeafGuard.) When they began to install the screens, they ran into a problem. The crew head explained that their screens had to be inserted underneath the bottom row of shingles, but my shingles appeared to be glued down to the drip edge. They tried forcing the shingles up, but were unsuccessful. They said they had an idea their 5" screens might work, (I have 6" gutters) but they didn't have any with them. They said they would be back the next day. That is the last time I have ever heard from anyone at this company! It has now been three weeks with no further contact. I called Brian Galkus and left my number, but he has never returned the call. I have contacted the company "customer service" at their corporate headquarters several times (spoke to a Casey.) On each occasion, she has promised someone would get back in touch with me to address this situation. No one ever has! The one she kept referring me to, Chris Smith, the installation supervisor, would not call or email. I emailed him after being ignored for over a week but got no response from that either. My last contact with Casey informed me that Chris has been "replaced." She said the regional supervisor would get in touch with me. I wrote his name down but have misplaced it. At this point, I am assuming the company cannot honor the contract because they can't get the screens under my shingles, but I would have at least expected a communication to that effect with, perhaps, an apology. I wonder, if my experience of non-communication from this company is indicative of what to expect when a customer calls for warranty service. Will they be treated as a non-entity like me? Your website has a list of aspirations: "Customer Commitment, Respect for People, Accountability, Fun, Transformational Change." It has not lived up to a single one of these for me!
