It was a horrible experience. Specially the customer service, is so disrespectful, talk to you like you are a thrush, very rude person. It was an order of 3500$ and he don’t want to answer just simple questions, all he said is that you will be update in two days. I told him I can’t hear you sr, he answered, I think you heard me. goodbye.and after that he did the same thing to my husband 😢. I hate that day I was happy for buying new bedroom but he destroyed my happiness with his rudeness. Than he kept picking phone and saying please hold and leave us waiting with no answer. After all this, we received message that our items was canceled , but I was happy to get my money back and get my bedroom from respectueuse store.

Placed order on 5/11/21, website said "usually ships within 2-3 business days". A few days later I left a message with customer service as I had not seen a shipping notification and this was a time-sensitive order. I received no call back and called back on Monday 5/17. The representative answering told me "Please allow for 10 business days to reflect the status of your order online." When I replied that it was supposed to ship within 2-3 days of placing the order he simply repeated the same sentence and hung up on me. I was dumbfounded and alerted that this is not normal customer service. So I did my research and see it's a theme with this company. Today I went in to check on my order and noticed that the item that is still listed on their website to ship in 2-3 days is on backorder with an expected ship date 6-7 weeks from now. I called back to cancel the order, got the same rep with a disgusting attitude. When I politely declared that i needed to cancel my order, I got a sarcastic "GREAT! You need to do that via email" response." I can honestly say I have never dealt with a person like this representing a business. I did cancel the order via email, got a one word reply back to that communication and am not sure I'll ever see my $700 refund. This ruined a birthday gift for me and caused a lot of frustration. They should be investigated. And I hope that customer service rep finds help and a different job. He needs it.

Horrible!! Horrible!! Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Placed an order from this place because of their claim to process oder within 2 days. It’s been about a week now and status says “processing.” I called to find out what’s going on and a VERY RUDE man told me he can’t tell me what the status is. He said to call back in two day. I asked if there was someone who knew what the status was and he shouted “I just told you I don’t know” and hung up the phone on me. Omg...I’ve never had such rude customer service in all my life. I called back and he sent me to voicemail. I called back a third time and he shouted “just send in a cancellation letter.” I emailed a cancellation letter. SMH...These people are just HORRIBLE!! PLEASE DON’T BE FOOLED. STAY AWAY

I ordered my furniture in March. Got 1 email for my receipt. Cool. Then I check for delivery status 2 weeks later, on back order. Coming April 20th, 2021. The day comes....I get nothing. I call 2 days later....he is rude, but he says email him for cancelation. I email him....I get nothing but and email back that say "canceled". Website says refund back in 5 to 7 business days....it's been about 12 business days now. I call back, say "I'm calling to check status of my refund" he says nothing, puts me on hold for 3 minutes. Then he just hangs up. I call back...he blocked my number. I call from different number he blocked that 1 too. Now, I will be writing reviews while seeking legal action against this criminal activity.

I ordered coffee table set from this home cinema center, the customer service representative is so so rude and horrible he just picked the each time I've called several times and he will just we get back to you in 48hour and they never did, the most annoying thing is that he we not even give you any chance to anything again he will just hang the phone on you. Please do not order anything here .

Do not buy from this place! Their prices reel you in but trust me, they are horrible horrible people! To have a person answer the phone and be as rude as they are is not worth it!

This company is useless and shouldnt even be in the furniture business. Placed an order on the 2/9/21, checked credit card account and saw that it was charged. Waited 3 days and charge was still there. Checked again on 2/15/21 and it was gone. Called company to verify what was going on to see if it was cancelled. Some employee answered using the company title and as I started to explain my situation he said I cant help you. We are closed for Presidents day, then why even answer the phone???? Called next day and tried to explain to I believe the same person, that I am calling because to my order was charged to my credit card and now after a week its gone, before I got another word this idiot says I dont know did you send and email to cancel, and there it is , at that time I made him feel like a bigger idiot after I explained the situation. He says after entering my order # , its processing and hangs up..... called credit card company and blocked this business , useless

I placed a $2k order on 1/6/21. My order still says "processing" (even though it's advertised as ships in 2-3 days). I have emailed customer service multiple times with no response. I just called the Customer Service number and gave my order number, requesting an update and he said "you will receive an update in 24 hours". I asked, "can't you give me an update?" He replied, "no maam, we get over 10k requests like this a day, have a nice day" and hung up on me!
