Great platform to study before a test, only gripe is logging in as its not straight forward

I like the videos.

The online availability allowed for convenience to complete the courses with my busy schedule.

I had requested links to reset password twice, and initially had not heard back from the company. After posting a review, they did contact me and sent the appropriate information to resolve the situation--thank you!

Excellent information. The format was bad. A 5 hour live course should have at least 1 break in it. The note format was terrible: tiny print with fully half the area just for note taking. A waste of ink and paper.

I paid for my subscription but have not been able to access CEUs. Once the money left my account I should have been able to access them and I can't over a week later. I did not have this problem the last time I used this service.
