On our website, we have a section for state requirements, which will have courses listed, but also on our course catalog, you can filter by mandatory. In reviewing your account, yes, it looks like you purchased the webinar on the February 19th from a past broadcast date (Stroke Rehabilitation: Introduction, Evaluation, Treatment, and Research - Sunday, February 9th, 2025, 12:00pm-4:00pm ET). Our webinars expire at midnight on the broadcast date and that is why the approval error happened - we apologize for the confusion this caused! But we are happy to make this right! Good morning Jodi. Thanks for reaching out and providing a rating. It is a little hard dertermining what has happened here. But I think I can track it through the system. First it appears you have been a customer since 2019, Thank You! In reviewing your account it appears a transaction was made on Jan 5th under a different name (appears to be a relative), while using your email address. In our system, the email address is a unique identifier so when this transaction was made, the transaction was applied to the account linked to your email address. In your account, I can see several courses completed recently with your name on the certificates of completion. I am going to have our customer service team reach out to make sure everything in your account is appropriately aligned to the correct person and all course completion history is correct. Thanks again for letting us know of the challenge and for being a valued customer.
