Hi Susan, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent webinar experience. We sincerely apologize that the session did not meet your expectations and for any frustration this may have caused. Your input is incredibly valuable to us, and we take your concerns seriously. To clarify, our live webinars are designed to provide real-time interaction with the instructor during the presentation. While the instructor was available online for a live Q&A session during the webinar you attended, we understand that the lack of immediate engagement may have felt less interactive. We apologize if this gave the impression of a pre-recorded session. If you have any questions about the course content, please feel free to email us at [email protected], and we will ensure the instructor addresses them promptly. Regarding the structure of the webinar, we aim to provide uninterrupted learning to maintain the flow of the presentation. However, we understand the importance of breaks, especially during longer sessions, and we will review this aspect to improve future webinars. Additionally, we appreciate your feedback about the slides and will ensure that all materials are reviewed and updated as needed to provide the most current and relevant content. We are committed to delivering high-quality continuing education and regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. If there is anything else we can do to address your concerns or improve your experience, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at 800-554-2387 or [email protected]. Thank you again for your feedback and for trusting HomeCEU with your continuing education needs.
