The cabinets are made out of quality materials and are solid. These are supposed to be ready for you to assemble, but the instructions are VERY TERRIBLE!! They show you in basic details, how it goes together, but no where does it tell you what hardware goes where. In the YouTube video, it's shot poorly, and they're using nails, which AREN'T provided or said what gauge and how long, to put the cabinet together. So now I'm out even more money to have a handyman put it together for me. You might as well forget customer service, because it's our unknowledgeable Indian buddies, who give you links to the same "basic" instructions. **Update 9-23-26*** They did send me link to instructions that I can use. Don't know why they weren't provided in the first place? At least I can put it together myself now.

Be careful, even if they ask you for specs. A 30" oven cabinet in my design was left even though it clearly did not fit. Designer also added refrigerator panels for a regular sized unit/ours is counter depth. Even after questioning, she said it was to allow venting. The side panels protruded out into the walkway and could not be installed according to code. I did not complain about this as I felt it was my fault for not checking, but the oven mistake is ridiculous. Customer service doesn't care! There is no expedited service for replacements, my project is now on hold, not worth the savings.

We had the wrong frame shipped with one our cabinets. I have reached out to customer service 8 times ( it’s been a week now) to get the replacement sent and I just keep getting the run around. We are completely at a stand still with our project now and I still have no answer as to when the replacement parts will ship. The quality of the actual cabinets is fine, but there seems to be a big issue with communication between their customer service team and their warehouse. I probably wouldn’t order from them again just because of the customer service support.
