HomecabinetsReviews of homecabinets.com

I have ordered multiple cabinet packages and they have been tremendous quality. The customer service, the timely shipping and the quality cabinets is exactly what I am looking for as a home remodeler for clients that are budget conscious. My carpenters put these together quickly!

The cabinets are made out of quality materials and are solid. These are supposed to be ready for you to assemble, but the instructions are VERY TERRIBLE!! They show you in basic details, how it goes together, but no where does it tell you what hardware goes where. In the YouTube video, it's shot poorly, and they're using nails, which AREN'T provided or said what gauge and how long, to put the cabinet together. So now I'm out even more money to have a handyman put it together for me. You might as well forget customer service, because it's our unknowledgeable Indian buddies, who give you links to the same "basic" instructions. **Update 9-23-26*** They did send me link to instructions that I can use. Don't know why they weren't provided in the first place? At least I can put it together myself now.

I have to admit that I am very lucky to have chosen this company to buy my cabinets. It was just a pick of the litter but as it turned out a great pick. I ordered a vanity cabinet and when it arrived, I found a broken board which I chose just to glue and install it because it wasn't that big of a deal. After installing the cabinet and attempting to install the door I found cracks. I must explain that, although I tried to follow the direction on the inspection sheet, I couldn't find a way to post the photos I took (the reason I glued and installed the board). I emailed the company and explained about the door and the trouble I had with posting the photos. I was able to post a photo on the email so they could see and after a few emails - my fault - they sent me a new door and it is now installed. To their credit, it was beyond their 30 days limit but went ahead and sent it anyhow. I can never say thank you enough

Price and quality was great - especially for the things that I got on sale! Their support team was also super helpful with my questions and their prompt responses were greatly appreciated.

I am giving 5 stars because of the great customer service. I never received the cabinets I purchased due to the shipping company in Miami, Florida, dropping the ball which was not the fault of HomeCabinets. HomeCabinets was supportive every step of the way and offered a full refund. In 2026 it is hard to find good customer service but I sure found it with Ann at HomeCabinets. She was truly engaged with the situation and pleasant and friendly. She solved the problem. Well done, Ann.

I worked with Adam on my kitchen and bathroom project, from the initial design process through to delivery. He was very patient throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was always very responsive whenever I needed assistance or clarification. Adam was helpful in guiding me through the design and ordering process and made sure I had the information I needed along the way. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. One recommendation would be to make the center of the doors from wood as well, or, at a minimum, reinforce the areas where the hinge holes are drilled with wood. This would help ensure that the doors remain securely attached to the hinges for many years. Overall, I had a very good experience working with Adam and would recommend him to anyone considering HomeCabinets.com for their kitchen project.

I had an excellent experience with Homecabinets.com. The quality of the kitchen cabinets is outstanding, feeling sturdy and well-crafted. What truly sets them apart is their incredible customer service. They are highly responsive and even pick up the phone on weekends to help with questions. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable service and great cabinets.

Adam has been absolutely amazing. I started out this process collecting prices and kitchen designs from a number of companies. I’ve since only been working with Adam for all my kitchens and vanities. He’s taken every extra effort to help me achieve both my design and my budget goals. He’s fast, presents detailed information, communicates his schedule so I have realistic expectations on when he will have my designs back to me, offers the perfect amount of suggestions and opinions on how to create or tweak my designs, and has generally been an excellent partner on all of my projects. Hands down, 5 out of 5! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
