We had been planning and budgeting for a kitchen renovation for quite some time. At first, we thought the easiest option would be to hire a contractor to come measure, design, and install everything for us. However, the quotes we received were simply too expensive for our budget. Since we have some DIY skills, we started looking into RTA (ready-to-assemble) cabinets. We’re so glad we found HomeCabinets.com. Their team provided us with several design options and price quotes at no upfront cost, which made it very easy to explore our options. Compared to local brick-and-mortar cabinet stores, their pricing was extremely attractive. Honestly, we were a little hesitant at first because we wondered whether the quality would match what we could get locally. But to our surprise, we have been very happy with the cabinet quality, and their pricing beat every local quote we received. Our kitchen renovation is now nearly complete, and I couldn’t wait to leave this review for the HomeCabinets.com team. We would highly recommend this approach to anyone looking for a more affordable way to renovate their kitchen. It has truly been the most economical option and well worth every penny we spent. We did receive a few cabinets with dents or scratches from the shipping process, but those issues were handled fairly well. In some cases, replacement parts were sent promptly, and in others, we received a discount and were able to do touch-up repairs ourselves. The cabinets arrived promptly and were securely packaged, ensuring everything was in excellent condition upon delivery. Our beautiful standard white shaker cabinets arrived on day 8 after placing the order. Tracking on the shipment was updated often so we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Some of the boxes had damage and we were nervous what we would find inside, but everything was in perfect condition with no damage and ready to assemble. We got to work assembling the next day - our only complaint is that the directions were either not included in the box, of the parts included varied slightly from the instructions. This would be a serious problem for beginners, but we are experienced DIY’ers. Everything we purchased is now assembled and beautiful and of very good quality! We are very pleased as the price was so much better than anything else we looked at and the quality is as good or better than everything offered at the big box stores we shopped! I can’t wait to get them installed! And we are looking forward to the additional phases of converting our kitchen & dining room into one large eat I. Kitchen and replacing all the other cabinetry to match these new beauties!!!

I spent a long long time trying to find an affordable solution for cabinets for my DIY laundry room project. Quotes around my town had me in the range of $5000-7000 for semi-custom cabinets and a four to six week turnaround time. After searching every inch of the internet, I swear I found a little secret spot in homecabinets.com. I was able to get the exact measurements the semi-custom cabinet makers had drawn up delivered to my house in about a week, for $2500!! And these are super nice, solid, and beautiful cabinets with thicker wood and nicer finishing than the local places were offering. The website has videos of all the cabinet assembly and super simple directions. Customer service was responsive (even on the weekend) and made a special accommodation for a strange request I had too. I honestly couldn’t be happier and will now be telling everyone I know about them. The only drawbacks are the relative lack of color varieties. That said- The frost white was exactly what I needed for my project and matches the sherwin Williams standard frost white trim paint we use to a T.
