Customer service is horrible, helpless, delivery service is even worse , never ordering again

We choose the delivery time between 6pm to 8pm because we are all at work, but the delivery staff cannot wait and went back to Dubai at once, the customer service is useless and they said it will be re scheduled and it will be delivered after 1 week.

I order a black color pillow cover. They sends a wrong color. I called and whatsapp to the customer service. I requested to exchange items. They saying homebox don't have a exchange policy. I have to wait 3-5 Working days to return the item. If I Order again what I want I have to pay delivery charge. Very bad customer service after sale. Is your foult sending a wrong order. Charging 2 times delivery charges

Absolutely dissapointing, as per the call center their team tried to reach me once and there was no answer from my side, then they had 3 more days to contact me, but instead of doing this they held the delivery. Now I need to wait 1 more week.

THE WORST THE WORST EXPERIENCE AGAIN. NEVER ORDER FROM HOMEBOX BECAUSE IT WILL BE JUST A HEADACHE. I had the same experience 3 times, they are incompetent, will never deliver anything on time even if you paid for express delivery, call center will not help they are useless don't know anything. Order from Pan Emirates or Home Center, better to pay extra but have a peace of mind.

Great things at right place

Homebox - Oasis Centre Wanted to buy a particular peice of furniture and we were told there were only 5 left. As we wanted only 2 we were fine. However then we were told that it's a risk as all 5 "maybe" damaged. If it's such an easily damaged item then maybe consider NOT selling it next time. A complete waste of the evening due to the incompetent staff.

This is my complain against ORDER ID 29004107414320191128 regarding Mattress Issue which I filed on 6 November 2022 till that day they were just giving excuses that you will receive update with in 7 to 10 working days but till today i did not receive any update and it is almost 2 months now and whenever you call their customer service they say we are very sorry but we sent already your request to our concerned team they will contact you soon sometime they say maximum by today even their managers are the same that they always tell you we try our best they will contact you soon. I don't understand how their concerned team is not taking actions to their customer service team's emails. By reading the reviews on google now I understand that why these guys are using their negligence behavior against their customers because nobody is bothering to go and complain against them to the consumer court. I will never recommend Home Box to anyone in my contacts because of their worst customer services.
