They got my delivery for wardrobe very late and asked me to make space for the furniture after that they left and said I don’t have space yet I created space . After 30 mins I received sms that due to my missing at location the delivery was returned. Yet it’s there fault . I took off day to wait for them and I was told next day they will come. As if I don’t have work to do. I had to ask for refund never to order any furniture from them . They should give good customer service class to their installation guys.

The items sold here are disposable. The customer service don't even understand what the customer requires and only says no to everything like there is no solution to the issue of replacing a broken bedstand. NO WARRANTY WHEN I SAID IM WILLING TO PAY. NO PAID SERVICE WHEN I SAID I DONT NEED A SERVICE I NEED TO REPLACE THE BROKEN STAND AND IM WILLING TO PAY. NO MAINTENANCE SERVICE BECAUSE NIKHIL DOES NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND DOESNT KNOW THAT SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE IS ONE AND THE SAME THING. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHEN A COMPANY PUT SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND DOES NOT WANT TO ASSIST CUSTOMER IN CS DEPARTMENT. WORST LOW QUALITY ITEMS AND NO QUALIFIED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.

I purchased a mattress from homebox , after 1 year of use the mattress started sagging, dipped from various places . Even after repeated complaints through emails , calls etc they never appeared for inspection and for change of product ,as mattress has warranty for 10 years . Please never buy from Homebox again .

I've never experienced such pathetic service. We ordered for a wordrobe and chose delivery time to be between 10am-11am. We even received a confirmation for the same. Imagine the delivery team came at almost 5pmwith their terms and conditions. We tried to comply and guess what, they said they cannot wait and left with our item. The call center of this home box is indeed useless as they seem to either not understand English or do it deliberately to ignore customer queries. If you need a better living stress-free, PLEASE keep home box off your shopping list. They are the worst I've experienced in my entire stay in the UAE. Very very pathetic. I even explained to them we won't be home from tomorrow, but no body cares. Now we demanded for a refund back to card- doubting if they comply.

Such a worst after-sales service. I am following up on my complaint for the last 2months and still no resolution. The standard response is "team is working on it". I can't recommend buying anything from Homebox. I can quote the complaint number also: #4800353 for order 9411630518

Even after repeated complaints trhough emails , calls etc they never appeared for inspection and for change of product ,as mattress has warranty for 5 years . After complaining to Dubai consumer rights , one of HomeBox manager called once and falsely promised to give voucher within a week and their team will take away old mattress, they never came even after 1 month of such promise. Meanwhile dubai consumer right authority closed my case after a formal call whether I have received any feedback from HomeBox manager or not . I told them yes I received the call but yet the matter is not solved .nothing happened further. Please never buy from Homebox again .

Worst place ever to buy anything from them. I got to wait 30 minutes to wait for 5 ladies to try to process my order. Once placed I got yo know on 8th the delivery date that the phone number they put in was incorrect and as per (customer no service ) that's the reason why it wasn't delivered.. anywho I was scheduled for 15th May and this time I gave correct number to najwa and she said it'll be delivered for sure. Now yesterday I called them to ask at 1pm if they will deliver today or not. They said our delivery slot is 2 to 6 and I will receive it. At 6:30 I called them again and it was najwa again so I asked her where is my order and she repeated the same lie that the driver was calling and you didn't pick up. And I told her to send me her WhatsApp where I can send her the screenshot of my mobile that there's no calls from them or their delivery guy. And there's not even a single call that I missed. Instead of calling the driver making him deliver she was making me responsible for something that never occurred. They just take order and get them from cheap places hence they themselves aren't sure when the orders coming to use and just make up these stories. I don't recommend to anyone who has precious time and mental health to waste on them to track your order and talk to customer service which is only for blaming customers and not providing service to customers at all.
