Home BayReviews of homebay.com

Our experience with selling our home through Homebay was outstanding!! Plus we saved 40k in the process! Expert service and advice. We have sold homes by owner, help u sell, and agents but the Homebay way was by far the best outcome financially! I highly recommend this service!!!

Exceptional experience and a quick sale. Would definitely list again with Homebay! Keep up the fabulous job of connecting sellers with buyers.

I have been using Home Bay for a few reasons - the biggest reason though is how much I'll get in return for buying a house in Southern California. The prices for homes in the San Diego market are so high, that it continually gives me the burdern to enter into bidding wars locally. Now, here's Home Bay. Because their agent will give me half of their commission I can get about $7k back in my wallet to place towards closing cost, or use that extra money to help out with other bills. Meaning I don't mind going into bidding a little higher - I'll still recover and place on a higher down payment post contingencies (You can't see it but my im smiling right now because this is what I totally need) Had I gone with my "Local Real Estate Professional" i'd be making no money, the open houses they'd take me to would be in their network with only their friends (been there done that). Down with bogus realtors, up with Home Bay. The service has been nothing less of phenomenal. I've been working with Matt Smith and Renata Rios, great customer service. I really cannot ask for more than that! =)

I'm a fan. First-class from start to finish. In my opinion, the only way to sell a home. I will never pay a high commission again to a listing agent. They charged me a flat fee, which save me almost $10,000 on the sale of my home. Great people to work with!

I would recommend Home Bay to anyone and everyone looking to sell their property! The quality of service you receive for a small fee is outstanding.

One word describes my experience...awesome. Very helpful and sold my home for more than l expected and got to keep the vast majority.

I can't say enough good things about Homebay. Initially I was concerned that I would not be able to sell my home without a conventional real estate agent, but once I took over the sale, I had many more house inquiries and this after many years of working with good real estate agents with no success. Everyone I worked with at Homebay was intelligent, informed and immediately available when I had questions. Because of Homebay, I made an extra $70,000 in the sale of my home without which I would not have been able to move on. Thank you Homebay! Really I cannot thank you enough.

I loved working with HomeBay. They were very responsive and walked me through every step of the process. This was the second time I've used their service and each time everything went smoothly.
