We had an awesome experience with selling our house through Homebay during summer of 2017. The company knows its business very well. They provided a professional photographer, great customer service, lower closing cost, and a relatively quick sale. Our house sold under two months from the moment we put it on the market to the time we receive escrow check. We also got a good price for the house.

Efficient, reasonably priced, very responsive

Excellent service -- I sold my house in record time and my agent at Homebay, Michelle, guided me through the whole process and gave me very sound advice. Two things: their technology had some glitches and their agents are stretched pretty thin, so it's not always easy to get a direct line to someone when you need it. That said, I found I really could rely on them for help and they looked out for me in the sale, all the way through to the end.

Homebay supported me every step of the way. I had a sign in front of my house and several offers the first week. Anytime I had a question or concern, I was able to connect to a real person on the phone for expert advice. I would recommend Homebay without reservation!
