Working with Home Bay was a pleasure. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and informative. This includes the people who answered the phone and took messages, the agent that was assigned to me and the support people if that agent was unavailable. They were there to help and answer questions on the weekend also. They provided top notch service from the time we listed, to the photography of the house, getting it on the MLS, putting open house information on the MLS, the selection of the escrow company who were A+, and to the removal of the sign when it closed. I have never sold a home before and I learned so much from the Home Bay Team! I recieved a wonderful education that will serve me well in future transcations in real estate.

I worked with Steve Spiro at Home Bay and cannot say enough about how much I appreciated the assistance in getting my home sold! The automated system for tasking me and for uploading documents was really easy and efficient! Also, the photographer that was sent to my home was superb!
