Happy customer
I’ve been using 5 Star Appliance Repair for years and have always had a good experience. Everyone is courteous and professional and they thoroughly explain what the problem is and what the repair options are. I have nothing negative to report! The prices seem reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to continue using their services to repair my appliances in the future. Most recently, they replaced my oven’s igniters, after quickly diagnosing the issue.

Had a problem with my washer
Had a problem with my washer. The guy came out, determined needed a new pump. The pump was ordered, he came back to replace the pump. Ended up working my dryer also. Very easy, no problems with setting up scheduling.

I manage several properties around LA…
I manage several properties around LA and have the yearly membership with Home Alliance. This week alone they assisted with two separate properties across town from each other. By using these guys I know the service will be handled in a fast efficient manner with a call from the technician to explain the issue and provide a solution for the repair. Alex is always great and calls or texts me with necessary updates.

Sub Zero refrigerator repair
Tom Gee was amazing and I've never had a technician who was so thoughtful, kind, smart and left everything impeccably clean. He even gave me his cell phone number in case I had an emergency issue. Superior service and I'm so grateful.
