Frustrating experience
My second order from MTC Kitchen was not great. They sent me an email saying a plate I wanted was in stock, so I ordered the plate the next day and added two other items (ones I wouldn't have purchased at that time) in order to avoid the large shipping fee. They sent out the order but did not let me know before shipping that the item they told me was in stock was not actually in stock. So I wound up with two things I wouldn't have bought right then, and no plate, which was the thing I actually wanted. When I emailed them, they apologized, but they did not, to make up for their mistake, offer me complimentary shipping on my next order. I won't be ordering from them again.

We’re terribly sorry for how this was handled. There was a stocking issue that made the items show as available before they were at the stocking location. We are trying to show a more accurate stock level in near future and appreciate you told us what you experienced through shopping with us.
