Haven't received my order

Batteries never got out of customs in China. Wouldn’t refund purchase even at 5 weeks late and multiple emails telling me to be patient. Then told me to contact US postal service to change destination address from mine to their overseas warehouse and email back required proof of changes. I called USPS and they had no record of the package entering the system and suggested this was a highly suspicious response. I had to go to credit card company and file for refund. Terrible customer service.

Hatte Anfangsschwierigkeiten mit einer HS 175D, die aber vom Kundendienst vollkommen und professionell erledigt wurden. Hier ein Dank an Brenda. Ich habe diese Drohne dann auf eine HS 720G getauscht. Die Videoaufnahmen waren zwar deutlich besser, aber die versprochene Reichweite von einem Km werden absolut nicht gehalten. Und dieses Wochenende hat sie leider bei einer Entfernung von nicht mehr als 500m die Verbindung verloren. Alles auf dem Display am Handy und der Fernbedienung war rot und hat geblinkt und gepiepst und sie war nicht mehr wieder gesehen. Habe noch einige Minuten versucht sie zu orten. Leider ergebnislos. Nun bin ich am überlegen, ob ich nicht eine vom bekannten Marktführer nehme...... Hallo Holy Stone Team, vielen Dank für Eure Rückmeldung auf meine Bewertung. Ich habe mich, wie von Ihnen vorgeschlagen, bereits direkt per E-Mail an Ihren Kundensupport gewendet. Leider habe ich bisher noch keine Rückmeldung oder Antwort auf meine E-Mail erhalten. U sent me the wrong charger I order what your website told me was a match waited 2weeks for the wrong charger and now I still cannot fly drone so now I have to send back to u and wait another 2 weeks to get charger

You send me wrong spare part!!!

Drone does not calibrate well and always drifts no matter how much you try to fix it even with no wind. It is crap. Eventually the terrible calibrations caused it to fly into a wall and the drone arm broke and I had to buy a whole new arm assembly. I bought that and they didn't send instructions or include any pre-buying warning that replacing it would require soldering (yes you heard me right... soldering the wires onto the internals of the unit). Terrible Chinese crap that I would never recommend to anyone ever. Honestly I wish I could return the whole thing.

I bought this drone, and after using it for the second time, the front left motor failed. I ordered a replacement motor and installed it. However, after the installation, during the test flight, the rear right motor failed after only one minute of flying. Now I would have to order another replacement motor, but I won't. I'd rather throw this drone away and buy a better brand instead. I hope Holy Stone improves the quality of its products in the future. After all, drones are generally expected to fly for more than one minute without staging a mechanical protest.
