I've bought two items on this site so far, and both experiences were great. Simple, fast, and well-run. And when I faced a delay, Cristin's help was invaluable: it had taken longer than 5 business days to process the order but within a few hours of me sending a follow-up email, I got a tracking number and a message from Cristin saying the item had shipped. And it arrived in perfect condition exactly when she said it would.

Cristin provided excellent assistance after a typo on my part caused issues. She was able to track my purchase and redirect it to the correct address. Great job!
