Ordered from Holley a Super Chips tuner with the cross ship program. Received the tuner. Got on Holleys ECM exchange page. It keeps telling me that my credit card was flagged for fraud. Have checked with my credit card company, and nothing of that nature has happened. Have reached out to Holley through emails and phone calls. Everyone I have spoken to tells me there’s really nothing they can do for me now I have a $700 tuner that I basically can’t use because they can’t get me the unlocked computer and more or less refused to help me. Terrible customer service.

Sent me the entirely wrong product after a long wait. Then tried to get me to purchase my original order again and send them back the wrong order before they would send me what I originally bought. Made no sense. Then just stopped responding to my emails. Terrible customer service. Clown show operation.

Bought this for my 2001 dodge ram 1500 with a 5.9 magnum v8. Updated via wifi, updateagent 3.0 and updateagent 1.0. Will not go past loading PID's screen and gives an error each time the vin was inputted. -10/10. Would not buy again. Both holley and edge's websites, summit racing and other retailers list it as it will work as well.

Spent 1880 on parts needed for a customer they canceled the order, stating thier 3rd party system flagged it as fraud, to use someone else's card abd try agian, and wait 10 days for a refund, when asked why they flagged it they stated they wouldnt give that info but most of the time they check the ip address against the address on the card if they aren't the same they flag it well I never gave promission for anyone to check my ip address in fact it is encrypted for this exact reason, they are taking your info allowing a 3rd party sorcue to get ahold of it and cant and will not communicate with them. So now im going to use summit surr theyll receive the funds at some point cuz I have to have these parts but I will go through hell and high water bot to use holly any more they aren't reliable and they dont care about the customer only protecting themselves and if you are buying bulk form them the lil guy just gets shit on

Ordered a Diablo i3 Platinum Tuner on December 23rd and was told it would ship out on the 26th. After 3 emails and missed ship out dates I received the tuner 3 weeks later. This has caused a tremendous amount of time and money with my truck stuck in the shop. Save yourself the frustration and order from somewhere else.

Tried to get a ECU unclocked, got 1st ecu, didnt work. The tech's sound like they hate thier jobs, I would be better of talking to AI. Rich and Niel, please ask for a raise, maybe you guiys will start liking your job more.,

Be careful, if it happened to me it could happen to you. I bought a super tuner and from one second to the next, while tuning, it rendered my car unusable, stuck in 2nd gear, ABS and traction control sensors activated. It's been a year and the car still doesn't work, even after I sent them the ECM and TCM, they couldn't fix it.

Ordered a Diablo tuner for my jeep. Just say no tunes available. $400 paper weight.
