Bought a holley terminator xmax.. a 6.86” dash and the insert for the dash to fit my mustang.. had to let it sit while i was getting ready for the install and in that time the warranty ran out.. fast forward to the install not my first by the way! Get everything hooked up and triple checked.. go to download the start up software and the ecu is 100% dead/bricked!! Call holley and talked to a tech who couldnt act like he gave 2 cents! Sent the ecu in and get an email that its basically junk and cant be fixed.. that was the last time i heard from them after many attempts through email asking if we were going to try and work things out.. so from here on out i will make sure my hard earned money will never be spent on holley products again! If they gave a shit you would see responses here to these problems like other companies do… but they dont care..

This is the worst company I’ve ever been involved with, my mechanic could not hook up to the system to tune it up! He sent it to Holley for repair after just a year and 3 months, so I was told it would cost me $250 to repair, said it would take a month. He got it back in 2 months, and 2 of the jets were clogged, so they had to send it back again! I have been waiting for 5 and 1/2 months to get my car back in full operation, then my mechanic tells me, they can’t find it! How incompetent can this company be??? I will have to notify BBB of this companies conduct, and also get my attorney envolved! There is NO excuse for this companies neglect for there customers! Do not buy this product, get some other ideas for your vehicle! Signed Completely fed up!

Bought this carburetor brand new. I had my friend who owns his own auto repair business and has worked with carburetors for more than 40 years fine tune it. Over the last year, it has needed readjusting more than a dozen times. The fuel air mix, the choke, the idle ALL need constant attention. It won't start unless it's nearly 70 degrees in the morning, it does while you're driving down the road and it will NOT restart. It's been nothing but a constant headache from day one. Even the old worn out Motorcraft carburetor worked better than this thing does. Recommendation, spend your money on something worth it.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. They know NOTHING about the products and have no way to communicate within the same company. They repeatedly told me they could only email the warehouse for answers??! Are you kidding me! With today’s technology it should be the push of a button to track down what was ordered. I purchased a catalytic converter and it charged me and said a shipping label was created. That was the end of it. No shipping, no body at Holley could tell me where it was, whether it was still coming or what. I finally went through eBay and under their guarantee, I was finally able to obtain a refund after 3 weeks of nothing but headaches trying to get answers. Please……please….please spend your hard earned money on a company that actually gives a crap. I will continue to post as many negative reviews as possible to save even one consumer getting stuck like I did.

Ordered several parts from Holley. used the Pay Pal tab on there site. Got charged for all of it at time of sale. its two month later and still don't have one of the components. The estimated ship date changes every week, and the estimated ship date is now over a month away. I am paying on something i don't have and i have to eat the PayPal charge as well. Holley don't refund accrued interest.. have been trying every week for 2 month to get some assistance and Holley don't care. had to order a different model with less features. with no help from tech. they would not even order it while i was on the phone. i had to sign back in and do it. total lack of customer appreciation

Don't order directly from Holley if your Canadian! I Ordered a Holley carb 0-7448 directly from them in the US because they ran out of this carb on Amazon.ca, I paid them $843.72 C, then UPS called a few days later and they wanted $138.55, which I paid. I could have ordered the same carb for $860 on Amazon.ca, or 0-80350 for $735. I called Holley main office and they were not willing to help in any way with the extra fee's charged by UPS and said if I wanted to CANCEL my order they would charge me a restocking fee of 15%. I can't explain the whole conversation with you I had with Holley, but in short I will not ever deal with this company again. They don't treat Canadian's good at all, customer service is the worst I've had in a long time, they should be ashamed of themselves. William Harrison

I have been a fan of holly for over 40 years and my father even longer I purchased an inline 12v holly mighty mite fuel pump on a hot rod truck I maybe drive 1 month a year sad to say it conked out and to find out there's no warranty I figured at $75 and the holly name in red on it it would be a lifetime warranty part so now I will be purchasing the same pump without the holly name for $20 and with lifetime warranty I will not buy another thing from Holly very disappointed in holly after so many years of being dedicated to your products along with my father he can't even believe it.
