I ordered a Cherry Brandy black eyed Susan from this company and when it came up and flowered, it turned out to be a standard purple coneflower. Not even near to what I ordered. This seems to be a common thread with this company and they do not respond well to requests for the correct item to be sent. I really don't know if they would send the correct item as a replacement! Steer clear of this company!

Plants were ragged and half-dead, except for one that was completely dead. Bulbs were so dried out they'll never sprout. Customer Service is an absolute joke. This company must be selling stuff offloaded by more reputable greenhouses. Total waste of money, $65, and time. Deep regrets

I ordered 2 vines (small pre-potted) and a butterfly weed plant. I received the root of the weed plant in a fairly reasonable time. I just planted it, so no idea if it will take root or not. But my real complaint is that I've not gotten the vines, and heard nothing. I finally called today, and was told they are filling pre-orders now (which is fair). But, they have no idea when my order will then be shipped. All he could say "soon enough". Would not say a time frame because they didn't want to create a false expectation. So will I get my vines?? Maybe.

They sent bulbs that were sprouted but wilting from lack of water. Although I planted the bulbs immediately they all died within days. I reached out to customer service for a replacement or refund, and was told that it must be my fault they died so they were not responsible for any guarantee. Don't waste your money here.

I personally will not buy any addional items from Holland Bulbs. I spent an entire weekend planting bulbs and spent several hundred dollars.The first spring I had maybe 5-10 Tulips, the next year literally 2 Tulips. I called and was told sorry it's too late to do anything. I did all the things, bought a good soil for planting bulbs, placed then close to house with sun at least 6 hours a day.

I ordered nearly $50.00 worth of oriental lily bulbs that I received yesterday. This morning when I opened all of them, they were soft, mushy, had white mold spots & most had root rot. I decided to do the sink or float test on them in a bucket of water. A healthy bulb will sink to the bottom. An unhealthy bulb will float at the top. An entire bag stayed at the top & were no good. Needless to say, I'm returning all of them. I've been growing lilies for many years & know what healthy bulbs should look like. These were NOT good quality lily bulbs!

Suggest to purchase your tulips elsewhere. I should have researched more before ordering from here. Horrible producing tulip bulbs. For the past 5yrs, all by bulbs from Dutch Grown produced 18"+ height tulips with large blooms. The largest tulip height this year from the Holland Bulb Farm mixes was just 9". I did not order dwarf varieties. No-response from HBF customer service on the quality issues or my inquiry on a refund. I even included photos in my email to confirm my results. I am a very experienced gardener, always plant bulbs in the same location/soil, same time in the fall, and have never in my life had such small, horrible looking tulips. Never purchasing anything from here again. Beyond disappointing.

Ordered almost 100 bucks worth... NOTHING was good.. Not one product Partial refund... Shipment returned because of company's Utter incompetence... Looks as if I am far from the only Unsatisfied customer...
