I purchased 5 curcuma bulbs. All were planted at the same time on the same day the bulbs arrived. Three grew and two did not. When I reached out for replacements, I was told they could only give me store credit. Now, in order to replace, I will have to pay shipping to get my replacements and will have to wait until next year since they are out of stock. Now my garden will have to wait. I chose to buy from here because of the variety. I will not do that again. Off to the big box store to see what I can find.

As a rule these folk ship what you order and I have success with the bulbs growing. Today I went to place and order on an established account and ended up fighting the captcha process for in excess of 30 minutes. They told me my network might be sending automatic responses, no it was me fighting their computer, and I would need to try later. I had to disable the shields on my browser and in the less than a minute it took to re-enter payment and do the captcha they loaded 37 trackers. Good work guys. I am seriously considering finding a new bulb company.

This company looks seemingly legitimate from the looks of their website. However, after ordering two separate times, and discovering BOTH orders had been deceptively fulfilled with incorrect items. I guess this company thinks people won’t know they’re getting a different plant than they order. However, people like me, who immediately write a complete tag, with a full description of the item and who it came from complete with date. This is exactly how I discovered that BOTH orders I received had incorrect bulbs shipped. Now, to understand, I do believe in human error, but to have BOTH orders arrive with ALL totally different cultivars than what I ordered tells me that this company is either Extremely unorganized, or they have mal intent to fill with whatever bulb they have on-hand, without regard to the actual desired plant requested. If I had only ordered one time and incurring a mistaken bulb, I can completely understand this. However, the resulting error from the first incorrect order, only to have it be replaced with yet another incorrect item. I would still have had some empathy, except for the fact that I now have 9 different bulbs I’ve purchased, and not a single one of them is what I ordered. In all honesty, this was incredibly disrespectful to a legitimate collector like myself, considering I had been looking for these bulbs for over a year. It’s a terrible way to operate a nursery. I would give this business a half Star if I could.
