A friend kindly sent Dahlia tubers for my birthday. Not being a Dahlia gardener she did not know that sending Dahlia tubers in August to Michigan means no flowers and no tuber production. Anyhow what arrived was really bad. One bag had all broken necks, no chance of a single shoot being produced, the other bags were full of broken tubers with no crowns or necks. Really bad product with no chance of a good outcome Customer service were pretty unrepentant

I received two shipments primarily containing dahlias, and almost all the tubers have long shoots. This means I have no choice but to plant them now, in the middle of a hot Texas summer, instead of waiting until early spring. I will never buy from this supplier again!

Colocasia bulbs arrived rotten or just plain dried out husks. Pure junk. Then I ordered from Canna farms, only to receive the same junk, then I found out they are the same company. At least for Colocasia, do not use these firms.

I ordered 50 Ozark Everbearing Strawberry Plants, which arrived in packages of 10 consisting of bare-root bundles tied together. Unfortunately, out of the entire order of 50, there were maybe only 3 to 4 actual crowns to be found among the roots. It has been several weeks since planting, and not a single plant has shown any signs of life.--- I received a response from the company to contact them about the plants. Their email response? - "Thank you so much for contacting us! Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Our staff is working diligently to reply to all emails in the order they were received and you should receive a reply very soon. We kindly ask that you send one email request to help keep volumes down and ensure we are able to assist all customers in a timely manner. We appreciate your patience and understanding." --- Not a helpful response at all. OH and their website states they do not give refunds for failure to grow. So I will be out the money regardless. Save your money and purchase elsewhere.

I ordered some delphiniums that were noted as "Ships Now For Immediate Planting". Fast forward almost 2 weeks and the order is still "pending shipping". Upon contacting the company via the live chat, the shipping really is 6 weeks from the date of the order. Umm, what?! No contact, no delay of shipping notification, nothing on the ordering page which states this. Cancelled the order. I hope the refund, which will take "a few days" doesn't take as long as their "Ships Now".

I am extremely disappointed with the purchasing experience. I ordered potted plants at the beginning of July with the expectation that they would arrive in time to be planted during the current growing season. After my order failed to ship as expected, I contacted customer service. To their credit, they acknowledged that the shipping estimates on the website were incorrect; however, the only resolution offered was that I should continue waiting another 4–6 weeks. As someone in USDA Growing Zone 5A, waiting an additional 4–6 weeks means I will be approaching fall before receiving the plants, defeating the purpose of purchasing potted plants for summer planting. Had the actual shipping timeline been disclosed upfront, I would have made a different purchasing decision. Accurate delivery estimates are essential when selling live plants, as timing directly impacts planting success. I encourage the company to update its website with realistic shipping timelines and provide meaningful solutions when delays occur rather than simply asking customers to wait.

4 weeks have passed since I ordered plants said to shop in 3 business days. Still have not shipped, time to go to the better business bureau

I would give them 0 stars, but it wouldn't let me. A Water Lily I purchased has no sign of life...the conditions are favorable for it's growth, full sun, warm weather, in a thriving pond. I have contacted them several times, they do not stand behind their product or offer a refund.
