Please read the other honest reviews becqhad I before ordering I never would have ordered from this “company”. I didn’t read I was to have taken a photo of the clearly hollow root of the daylily, but from now reading others honest reviews it’s made even more obvious it wouldn’t have made a bit of difference. I didn’t mention to them the rest of the order was sealed in bags where the pieces of the peony roots were all broken , 2 separate peony roots. No, I only wrote to them if the daylily root that had one portion hollow the other two fleshy portions mush. There are so many other on line companies that ARE reputable. Whose stock will provide you not with disappointment and misplaced trust but years of what should be, pleasure. Even if what was shipped wasn’t hollow, mushy as well as broken, believe the reviewers when we say you are NOT getting the value for your hard earned money. Spend the LITTLE bit more elsewhere with honest, reputable companies, & you really won’t experience what countless others over what appear not just recently but over the years, have. We are trying to merely forewarn you as a potential buyer to think twice.

Don’t buy anything from this website. I ordered 3 packages of dwarf cannas each should have 3 roots as described online. However, not only I received non-canna in 2 packages, but also 1 package had only 1 root. Very disappointed & disgusted. Contacted them online got no responses. What a waste of money & cheating!

I spent an entire evening putting together an order from Holland bulbs. Only to find out they can not ship my tulips, daffodils, crocus’s to me in time for fall planting. DO NOT waste your time with this company. I called customer service multiple times and never got a straight answer.

I sent away a few months ago for about 72.00 worth of bulbs. I have not recieved anything. when I talk to them on the phone they are saying that they will be arriving inn the spring. This is the time of year that these bulbs need to be planted. I spoke to three different people and each gave me a lame excuse as to why I haven't recieved my bulbs. I think that these people are scammers.

I ordered 102.00 worth of bulbs and I never received them . Tried to contact company and no response . I will never order plants from a company again without checking Trustpilot !

Condensing things as best I can: I ordered a water lily rhizome [root] with pot and fertilizer for $25. As advertised, all I had to do was stick it into the water. Over the course of 9 weeks, it never grew. I ended up buying living plants from a mom-and-pop store complete with pads and blooms for...you guessed it...$25 each. After much difficulty, I was offered a merchandise credit (which did NOT include shipping). So if I want to receive any kind of compensation at all, I'm forced to do even MORE BUSINESS with them. A couple weeks after the water lily order was placed, I also ordered some dahlia tubers ("Ball Mixture Dahlias"). Four of the five did grow, but the blooms look nothing like what I ordered. Despite a strong urge to share snarky comments about these people, I will stick to the facts. They offer a "100% guarantee" on their products. To me, this means I give them money, and they will deliver what I ordered in a viable condition. Apparently, they don't see the contract the same way. My advice is that you never do business with Holland Bulb Farms. Ignore this at your own risk.

My bulbs arrived in terrible condition. Just twigs and dust. Completely unviable. I reached out to the company immediately and received no reply. What a complete waste of money!

Buyer back away. I have never received such poor quality rhizomes. They were not as advertised, no eyes, mushy and the size of pecans. Clearly they have NO quality control department to inspect their orders before shipping sub-standard products. No problem taking the money for this junk, however. Will never purchase from here again.
