Customer service was great! However the prepaid label to return my products had a much lower weight estimate than what my two bags measured to be when shipping my products back.

I'm a HolistaPet convert! They promptly help with customer service, always make things right for the customer, and have an incredible, high quality product. I have an anxious kitty with food allergies and when she gets an upset stomach from anxiety, nothing seems to work for her except xanax from the vet. Since xanax has been proven to shorten the life expectancy in humans, it goes without saying I do not want to have to resort to that for her. The day after I put this CBD in her food, she was having healthy bm's, was happy and relaxed, but totally present; unlike when she had to take xanax. She loves it. I think she loves seeing me put it in her food too- she thinks I'm cooking up something really special. I've been using it now for weeks and she's back to her happy, sweet self again. Highly recommend- quality product, results exceeded our expectations. We use this for our 14 year old blue heeler. He went from struggling to get up and often slipping where his back legs would go out- to bounding through the field and being strong and stable. Seriously amazing!
