What a joke
Still haven’t got my order. Eager to try CBC dog treats to help my pup but they haven’t came. They said that they were sorry and would send them expedited shipping and they are still sitting in Califronia. Liars and thieves as far as I’m concerned. It’s been almost a month. What a joke.

Hello Evan, we are so very sorry for the delay! For that specific date, we did have a lot of problems with the USPS. We were under the assumption that the USPS was delivering these orders but they were delayed due to COVID-19. It was not until August 10th that we were notified that some of these orders were deemed as lost. As soon as we found out, we sent out all of the orders missing with expedited shipping so that we could try to get these orders to our customers. Most orders did deliver in a timely manner, we are so sorry yours did not. We hoped the USPS would do better, but it just shows that they are too overwhelmed at the moment.
