Great product. I believe it has made a big change in my 12 1/2 yr. old Australian Cattle dog! He eats better and his energy level is great! (He walks about a mile and day and swims whenever he gets near the water). He has very high liver enzymes (not good); they have gone down dramatically in the last three months while taking the cbd capsules. He will be tested (blood draw) in Sept. and I totally expect to have more good news! The service and representatives are always polite and knowledgeable. Thanks Holista Pet!

Very happy about all the info provided by the website and the info provided by the texting support. Checkout was a little confusing. Logged in twice by mistake and lost out on the 15% off coupon because it was a second login but otherwise, no problems.

I ordered the cbd glass vial with dropper and though it was wrapped in bubble wrap, when it arrived approximately 1/3 of the bottle had leaked, the cap was loose. I like the product very much, but it was unfortunate that my money had gone to waste as so much of the oil had spilled before it arrived to me.

This is really a 4.75 star rating. On my first attempt at placing an order, i used the code that gave 15% off your first order. When I went to complete the transaction, my card was declined. No big deal, i'll grab another one and re-entered the information but, unfortunately, I couldn't use the 15% off code because the system believed I had completed the "last" order. Again, not too big of a deal but, when I selected to chat the service went down hill fast. First, he didn't understand that I didn't complete my order then he didn't believe that my code wouldn't work, and then, he disappears for a fair amount of time, leaving me to believe he was no longer helping. When he finally came back on he said he was working on it and was gone again. Finally, I get a new code and i'm able to input the order. Unfortunately for me that card was denied too and there was no way I going to chat again so, I waited until pay day and used my bank card. Since the same issue came up - the system thinking I already used the code - I knew I had to chat again, which i was dreading - however, the lady who answered the chat this time was awesome, she understood exactly what I was saying and after just a minute or so had a new code and, it was a code that gave me an extra discount due to, i think, customer appreciation. Within another minute or so I had my order placed - really made me wonder what the first guy was doing for so long. My order shipped really fast, within a few hours, I think and, i've been receiving updates as it travels. All-in-all, it was a good experience and I would both shop here again as well as recommend it to others - BTW, it was my daughter who recommended I try HolistaPet products for my 15 year old puppy's joints and for the 5 year old puppy's itching/chewing/scratching.

I received my delivery two days before schedule, which was amazing, since I have a critically ill cat and really needed it asap. It's too soon to tell if it is helping her, but she does seem to be more relaxed and comfortable. I do believe that the CBD tincture is making whatever time i have left with her as high quality as it can be. Thank you.
