Shipping is inconsistent and takes a long time but I've seen a marked difference in my cats quality of life with their oils.

The package was stuck for a week, at the hand off from DHL to the USPS. Can not review the product as I have only administered 3 days to my pup.

This was my first purchase from Holistapet. I ordered 2 products - soft calming chews and hard mobility treats. I received soft mobility chews instead of the treats. I had hoped to try both types. I emailed and called several times. Finally received an email in response, asking if the chews were opened so a return slip could be sent. In the meantime, my dog will not eat the soft calming chews. I told the representative this, the one who had contacted me about a return slip for the wrong product that was sent. I was told I can return them by completing a form only after a 30 day trial. Would have liked to have seen if my dog would eat the hard mobility treats I ordered and paid for but never received.. but guess I will be returning both products for a refund soon. Not a pleasant initial experience.

My dog refuses to eat the treats. No matter how hard I try to hide it or stick it in her food, she just will not eat it. She hates them. I contacted customer service for a refund but I have to wait 30 days,… But not more than 45!

HolistaPet's CBD products have helped our 13 year old beagle immensely. She was having back problems for several months until we started using HolistaPet's CBD oil and now she's moving better than she has in the past couple years. I received my order for CBD treats for my kitty. Unfortunately, no matter how I tried to give them, he refused and wouldn’t eat them. Wanted to return them asap since i was going on vacation and all I got was ‘you have to wait 30 days to return and if the package was opened, we are unable to accept it at this time.’ ??? Wanted to let them know my cat would not eat the treats and since I was going to be out of town within the 30 days to return, it almost became a battle - frustration! 30 day money back guarantee? Just beware! I’ve ordered from them several yrs ago, but something has changed, so just say to be careful when you order, and if hopefully you need to return you won’t run into the problems I encountered. WHY should you have to keep your order for 30 days when you know your pet isn’t eating it? Overall Holistapet is a reputable company, but if you reach an unreasonable agent, it suck’s! Sorry Holistapet. Good company, but some of the online reps are not at all understanding. Had to call my credit card to stop payment - just a lot of unnecessary work - with a guarantee of your pet willing to eat it? IDK - so again I just say - be careful.
