Had a few questions regarding the holiday and sent an email, it was answered very promptly and extremely well by Claudiu, all the information we wanted. We then rang to book and left a voicemail which again was responded to very quickly and efficiently by Claudiu, and we booked the cruise. If the cruise is as good as the service by Claudiu, we will be very happy.

A totally seamless experiance, from start to finish. Extended the stays and re-organised revised flights over the phone, super efficient. What's not to like?

We found Zak extremely helpful throughout our booking experience, he explained everything to us and answered any questions we had, he also reassured us that he could contact him anytime with any queries we may have. The whole booking process was very straightforward, we can now relax and look forward to our holiday.

Extremely helpful in explaining in detail the trip that we wanted to book and to make the booking process straightforward/easy.

We recently booked a cruise with Holiday2.com after seeing a great offer on TravelZoo for a 11 day cruise/stay on Oceania Nautica. The booking process over the phone went very smoothly and the agent Jordan gave us all the information needed to successfully book the holiday and we have now received all preliminary documentation and are now looking forward to our holiday in July 2027.

Very helpful consultant who gave me useful advice about our trip and gave me confidence that the chosen trip- a cruise around Japan- would be suitable for my wife and me.
