First time using Holiday2. Trying to book a very popular holiday with cruise line phones difficult to access by your agent. However Paul S was fantastic. I wanted to book 2 singles and cabins were in short supply. Paul stayed on my case for several hours and delivered our desired dream holiday. Can’t thank him enough.

The holiday was as described in the original detailing that I had initially read. There were no extras as is often the case with other apparently good offers. Although I did choose a number of upgrades the cost of these was very reasonable. My travel consultant was Betul who was very knowledgeable about the cruise she was selling. She confirmed the holiday promptly with details exactly as agreed on the telephone.

Jordan was Very helpful and very knowledgable, no question was too much.

Jason answered all our questions and suggested a special offer upgrade which we accepted. The booking process was easy.
