Hogan Woburn has been a trusted service shop for 15+ years. They have serviced my Audi and VW for summer and snow tires, but also for brakes and suspension service. PROs: - convenient drop off and pick up - generally timely service - great pricing and price match - recent big upgrades in the waiting room and business service room / office - great counter people who work hard to recommend the right tires and find a great price CONs: - service promptness dipped about 4 years ago, but they seemed to have fixed these issues

I have been going to Hogan for many years. They have always given me great advice and customer service. On one occasion I got a flat on the way home from work. I showed up at Hogan a half hour before closing time-no problem- they patched the tire and I was on my way. They are great and the reason why I get all my family's tires from Hogan

Always greeted by a friendly face when you walk in. I've bought 2 sets of tires here. They don't try to sell you the tire they want to sell you, they take the time to listen and see what you want in a tirre and then give you some options. Great prices, honest people!

Hogan tire and auto of Beverly is wonderful. The entire staff are so kind. I've been going there for years for oil change and tires/repairs. I book all my appointment with their co worker Carlos who always does an above and beyond job servicing my vehicle and I never have a problem booking an appointment. I highly recommend hogan tire and auto of Beverly.

I have not had a bad experience in over 10 years at the Hogan location in Woburn. They say what they will do and do what they said they will do. I trust them with the work they do and the parts they use. I don't shop around because I have tried other places and this place is "our families car shop".
