I go in twice a year to have my 4 snow tires, that I bought there, rotated to the regular tires. This time I find I have to go back a week later to have the oil dipstick replaced because it broke off! Why they were checking the oil I do not know, I didn't ask for them to do it. This caused an unnecessary inconvenience and tied up some valuable Saturday morning time.

Everything was great except that 2 valve caps were missing (needed to keep dirt out of the valve!) and 5 of the chrome lug nut covers (2010 Ford Fusion) were missing. There's NO problems with them falling off when I take the tires off!!!

I have had things fixed there, but have had to come back several times in order to get is resolved. They have greatly reduced the range of repairs they will perform. They state they only want to do things that are quick because it is more profitable for them. They used to be such a wonderful honest place to have repairs done. I started going to them in 1989. I won't go to them anymore unless I need a simple tire purchase.

generally fair prices, good service, but last visit had tire rotation done here, came back with one lug nut missing.

Shop broke two "Lug Nuts" and did not tell me. Noticed it a few days after, I bought two new ones, and replaced them myself. The problem is they did not tell me about it, I know that lug nuts caps can break off, but not let me know was what bothers me. The car lug wrench will not fit the broken nut, so if I got a flat maybe I would not be able to change my tire, not good. I will keep going to Hogan for service but will have to check the work more careful before I leave.

Purchased 4 tires at a reasonable price, they never replaced tire stems or fixed my tire pressure monitoring device on one of the wheels, which was included in price.
