I called an got an estimate of 30 dollars per tire to mount each tire on a new rim, then put the mounted tire on the car.
I also, call another business and was given an estimate of 25 dollars per tire. However, they were too busy at the time I wanted to have the service done. I decided to pay the extra.
Once the job was started I was informed that there would additional changes for tire disposal and installing the valve stems in each wheel. I agreed to pay for those items.
Just before the job was completed the Manager informed me that I would need to bring the car back in a few days to have the lug nuts checked. I said I could do that myself and declined the service. I was informed that it was not an option the service charge would be added to the bill. At this point I just wanted to get my car back an to get out of there.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, rear tires were put on backwards as I had purchased directional tires. Wheel alignment is not good, and they scratched my front bumper and headlight housing and refused to show me the video of the "non incident"

I gave them several chances!
When I had my brakes done and the next day i was getting a strange noise from the front end while driving with my son. I couldn't figure out what it was and my son said it sounds the the front wheel is loose? I pulled over and sure enough none of the lug nuts were tightened on my driver front wheel, luckily I didn't drive on the highway. When I went to Hogan they said sorry that should never happen. People make mistakes so I gave them one but they did not offer me anything to make it up to me, oh well. Then I was going away with my wife and went and got my oil changed and asked if was due for tire rotation, since I bought my tires here and they said it was all set so I confidently drove to Tennessee and where I stayed the parking lot was gravel so did not notice anything. When I returned home and saw that there were spots of liquid forming on my driveway. Went back to Hogan and they found that they had not tightened the nut on my oil pan and was leaking the whole time so they tightened it and topped off the oil that I had lost, they gave me my next oil change for free after this one. A few months later my wife heard a noise as she was driving and when I got home I heard it as well, so I told her to go to Hogan and see what they thought, she was going to be driving to Maine later in the week so wanted to be sure the car was ok. Hogan said they could not hear anything and pulled the wheel and said the bearing on the front tire was going but they didn't have the time to fix it and it would be fine for my wife to drive to Maine. She still heard the noise so the next day, she brought it to a different service that we have used and the owner heard it right away, had the mechanic check it and told her that the bearing was gone and that she definitely should not be driving any distance and that it would be very dangerous. They fit us in a couple days later and fixed it for us. Still I have not learned my lesson so 2 weeks ago my wife says that the low air warning light has come on the car so I brought it out and filled the tires, it was really cold and this can happen but i noticed that the driver rear tire was only at 17, so I filled them all and the light went off. The next day my wife started the car to go to work and the light was back on so I told her to stop at Hogan's and have them look at it. There may be a slow leak, they told her that they could not find anything wrong and it may be just the monitor in the tire, sometimes they go. She had mentioned a noise she was hearing, and they told her this was from wear on the Front tires that will be need to be replaced because they hadn't been rotated once in 40,000 miles, and even though they are 60,000 mile tires, if you don't rotate them they go quicker, I bought the tires at Hogan and because they do free tire rotation continued to bring my car there for my oil changes. Each appointment I asked if the tires were due to be rotated and they said they would check the computer and do the service if it was time, I see why the tire rotation is free because they never do it, so why not! Oh, and I checked the Driver rear tire and the pressure was back down to 17 pounds this is why the light was coming on. You would think they would actually check the pressure right! I guess not, they were rude to my wife and while she was there an older(75) year old women had come in because they did all this service to her car so that she could get her inspection sticker and the removed the old sticker and never put on a new one, left it off completely. On top of all of this, after they checked the tires that nothing was wrong with, my wife went to get into the car and there was a broken plastic piece on the floor matt, she brought out the manager and the mechanic and asked what that was and they denied it was anything to do with the car and that they didn't do it, the piece had been broken off the bottom of the seat facia when they moved the seat back,so not only do they not fix what they say they will they actually make it worse and create additional problems, I am sorry for being long winded but there was so much to tell I wanted it all out there, would never , ever bring a vehicle to this place again!!! I gave it 1 star too many but they do not have negative stars . Just to be clear this is the Hudson Hogan's in Hudson, MA i have not hd any experiences with any of the others.

Treatment by staff was ridiculous
Purchased several sets of tires over the years for different cars from the Beverly location. We have averaged to get 25,000-30,000 miles from a set of tires for our all wheel drive Volvo XC70. However, the last set of Pirelli Scorpion Verde was exhibiting wear after 7,000 miles. During a tire rotation, the technician commented that the wear was extreme but did nothing. I should add that we paid for a 4-wheel alignment during installation. After 13,000 miles the tires were down to the wear bar and handling was poor. Being a loyal customer, I called Hogan to get there opinion and they nicely said to "bring it by". My wife brought the car over and was greeted by "Mr. Hyde". Instead of trying to address the problem and offer a solution, they started giving her attitude. They first said "it must be the way you drive". Then came "you must be hitting potholes". Then the last and more comical, "the Thule Box on the roof rack must be causing the tire wear". I want to reiterate that the wear was even on all 4 tires. It was clear they had no intention of retaining us as a customer. Major League B.S.

Wish I could write a better review
Had two back to back experiences. Both were suspect.
First, after an extreme cold spell there was low pressure on a tire. Told it was the pressure gauge leaking due to corrosion. 45-50k miles on car and new tires bought there. I had expected a problem with the bead. Took the replaced valve to the dealer. Who said keep it as a spare. Looked fine.
Next. Same thing. Low pressure after cold. Told side wall leak from likely hitting a curb. This was a slow leak which would take days to show. I ask to see the leak. Tire is spilling air profusely and tire has no damage other than the "tear". Just looked funky. No abrasion just a tear spilling air. I am no tire expert but these experiences within 2 months of each other...and costing me over $400...
Well... I think after all the years I have gone here it's time to look elsewhere. Or maybe it's just really bad luck.

Hogan Tire service is as bad as it gets
Used to think they were tops - that was before they put my snow tire on.
They took the center hubs off my wheels and left them off. When I pointed it out the service tech said "They're easy to put back on. let me know if you need any help." This is after not installing one of the center hubs on my 3 season tires. They said it came in that way. Not the case. In fact when I went to the spare to replace it, it was gone too.
Really bad service.
