Thank you for such a heartfelt review! Knowing you felt comfortable, respected, and cared for means so much to us. Shaun, Roman, and Anthony will be so touched by your words, and we’ll make sure all three see this. Thank you also for treating the crew to lunch and energy drinks—that was incredibly thoughtful. We’re grateful you trusted us to help, and so happy the experience brought both progress in your home and some great conversations along the way. Wishing you comfort and joy in your space!

We’re disappointed to read this account of the project, as it leaves out some important context. Our team was at the property working over the course of multiple days, and the project was ultimately stopped at your request before our crew had the opportunity to complete the agreed-upon work. For that reason, we don’t believe it is accurate to characterize the unfinished portion of the project as work our team simply failed to perform. Hoarding Rescue absolutely provides sorting and organizing assistance in addition to removal and cleaning. Our crews are instructed to work with clients regarding what should be kept and what should be removed, and we take concerns about personal belongings seriously. We’re sorry that you felt your instructions were not being followed during portions of the project. We also want to clarify that your request for a partial refund was not ignored. We have attempted to reach you by phone to discuss your concerns and the circumstances surrounding the project, but unfortunately we have not been able to connect with you. We remain willing to have that conversation. We recognize that there were frustrations during a multi-day project of this size, including scheduling and arrival-time issues, and we understand why those would be upsetting. At the same time, we believe it is important to acknowledge that our team spent multiple days working at the property and was not permitted to finish the project before being asked to leave. We take pride in treating our clients and their belongings with respect, particularly because we understand how personal and overwhelming these situations can be. We would still welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and address the remaining concerns.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry for the loss of your mother and appreciate you trusting us with something so personal during what has clearly been an incredibly difficult chapter. We’re so glad Marla was there for you throughout the process. She genuinely cares about the people we help, and we’ll make sure she sees your kind words. We’re also incredibly proud of the crew for accomplishing so much in such a short amount of time while treating you and your home with kindness and respect. We appreciate you mentioning that there was an issue along the way as well. No project is always perfect, but what matters to us is how we respond when something isn’t right. We’re glad Marla was able to step in, address the problem, and make sure the project ended on such a positive note. Thank you again for trusting Hoarding Rescue, and especially for taking the time to recognize Marla and the crew. It means more to our team than you know.

Thank you so much! Being described as “angels” is an incredible compliment, and we’ll be sure to share that with the team. We’re thrilled that they were able to completely transform the space in just four hours and leave it looking spotless and brand new. There’s nothing better than seeing what can be accomplished when the right team comes together. Thank you for trusting Hoarding Rescue and for sharing such kind words about your experience!
