HMNWatchReviews of hmnwatch.com

Don’t buy from this company you will never receive your watch the company is totally fraud. Customer service will never answer. Totally fraudulent.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with HMN Watch. I placed an order on October 9th, 2023, but never received my package. Despite countless attempts to contact customer support, I have been ignored for months. As of January 2025, I still have not received my refund, and the lack of communication from their side is unacceptable. This level of customer service is completely unprofessional. It should not take over three months to resolve an issue or even acknowledge a refund request. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

watch came damaged and because i didn’t take a video of my in packaging they will not issue a refund even tho it states no where on there website about an unpacking video. also it arrived 2 weeks later than expected. awful company do not buy of them

Thanks for fast international postage. I like the design of the strap, matches my smartwatch. Would be great to have more different modern design style replacement straps. It's a great way to refresh the look of the watch.

I was very pleased with the watch my husband over the moon but I did have a panic when it took so long thought I had been done but thank you so much for a fabulous watch and very well made 👍
