Nice and original Watches.

Nice fun watch. I use it, when I drive my Miata. Fair delivered, no issues 👍🙂⌚️

The watch is very nice, but the flashes of luminosity do not last long and last week I went on vacation to the beach and it managed to get water causing the face to fog up.

I'm happy with my 2 Watches the First Watch is had som problems with the butterfly lock. But the send a extra Butterfly lock. With my Personelised Watch. Gazoo Racing. On the Red brakes caliper Gr love it. Great but the same problem with the Butterfly lock. If i now this is had better ordered a Watch with a Leather band. And my personelised watch every Day its between 3 and 5min different time with a gps or wifi watch. Thats all. I just hope that i at least recieve a Leather Band. For my Personelised Watch of Gr. Thanks for the rest i Love These watches. If they help for a Leather band for my personelised watch. Thats my second watch by HNM. Then i by Mutch more watches by then. BUT i love these Watches from HNM. Thanks.

Problem with the product but great communication and service from the customer relation team.

So, I ordered two (2) watches from their site during the 60% off sale. However, about 24hrs later I was told they would not arrive in the states due to weather until after Christmas (the order was placed on the 12th of December 2025. I contacted them to cancel the order and asked for a refund. It took two days to officially cancel, and another four days to get the refund. In my opinion their customer service is fantastic. I cannot speak the watch quality, but their communication is very prompt. Though I am not a customer “yet” officially, I will try again in the new year as I think the watches they make are great for car enthusiast! (Not many overseas companies will trigger cancelations and refunds that fast. 5 stars for customer service, 4 stars only because I never got a watch so can’t comment on that).
