I gave 1 star cs I don't have an option to give a zero star!!!I have a very bad experience with this Company!!! I gave them 1000 deposit for the car rent and they gave me back 467aed only!!Their reason was for the car pick up and dirty car which is not mentioned on the agreement plus gave them back very clean car as I drove the car for 3 hours only!!! I have got the 467aed amount after 6 month(after I opened file on them). It was so frustrating...people pls read the reviews before you decide. I DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

The information and promises given to me at the time of booking were not handled as agreed, and I ended up facing unexpected issues and financial loss. When I tried to clarify the situation and get a proper resolution, the response was not satisfactory. I felt that I was not treated fairly as a customer. Please be very careful and make sure you confirm all charges, conditions, deposits, refunds, and agreements in writing before making any payment. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Haraj Rent a Car and would advise others to be careful before booking.

🚨 **VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE – HARAJ LUXE CAR RENTAL** I strongly recommend customers **NOT to select or book with Haraj Luxe Car Rental** based on my experience. I specifically booked a particular vehicle, but a different vehicle was delivered. I was promised that the booked vehicle would be provided by the following afternoon, but this never happened. The vehicle’s Mulkiya was also not provided. Despite repeatedly contacting the company by phone, WhatsApp and email, I received no proper response or resolution. I paid AED 450 for the rental and AED 970 as a security deposit. As per the company’s stated policy, the deposit should be refunded after 21 days, but my AED 970 deposit is still pending as of 23 September 2026. This experience has caused me serious stress, frustration and inconvenience. I have kept all booking confirmations, payment records, WhatsApp conversations and emails as evidence. I have also escalated this matter to **Dubai Consumer Rights. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend Haraj Luxe Car Rental doing unfair business. Customers should be extremely careful, verify the vehicle and Mulkiya, and get all commitments regarding refunds and replacement vehicles in writing before proceeding.

Haraj luxe car rental is a scammer they are deceiving people by Sharing incomplete information charging hidden charge for car wash 300 dhrm. Delivery charges 1000dhrm to Abu Dhabi from Dubai total I paid 1600 dhrm check before signing agreement,they are it's as per signed agreement

I rented corvette zo6 without deposit no hassle staff is best and 100% good service highly recommended good experience with haraj Luxe Car Rental
