This product is not like what is advertised. I tried requesting a refund multiple times and have not heard back from the company. Just learned that my CC charged a company called Olux Rring for this purchase. They have poor reviews about the same issue. Sound like they just rebranded themself.

A zero rating is more fitting. I have requested a refund as this machine isn’t comfortable for me, and within two uses it stops working and requires hours of charging. But now my emails are being ignored, customer service is non existent. I have sent multiple emails explaining the issue and the only response I received was that the machine should feel uncomfortable, I have never heard such nonsense. I thought the purpose of the machine was to eliminate neck issues rather than to create more issues. I had neck surgery, and it boggles my mind that a company operates like this . I even tried calling the customer service number but of course no answer. Not sure why it’s so difficult to get a response regarding a refund considering their policy says they offer a 30 day refund. Something isn’t right with this company, I would highly suggest folks don’t buy anything from them. Please see order #HZ870731

Horrid experience! This massager is not for me as it pinches when the top and lower rollers meet. However my one star rating is based on both the product and the absolute inaction regarding getting my money refunded and returning the product. Below is the fifth email response I received yesterday: I have consulted with our internal team regarding your experience. They have shared that a pinching feeling is actually a normal part of the device's function, as it is designed to mimic the squeezing sensation you would feel from a professional massage therapist. Warm regards, Alvin HiZoo Customer Support Team I responded that if a massage therapist pinched me, I would fire them. Instead, I am firing Hizoo. But I will continue to advertise for them. Their lack of response/ownership tells me they are not a legit company.

This was a scam purchase. The storefront presented itself as a US website, but after checkout the order confirmation and tracking links either did not load or redirected to a different domain, hizoo.co. The merchant domain did not match the site I ordered from. No product was delivered, there is no functional customer support, and there is no legitimate way to track an order. This appears to be a shell Shopify storefront that routes payments and order data to a separate .co domain. The Trustpilot rating for this merchant was previously removed for breach of guidelines related to fraudulent reviews, which aligns with this experience. This is not a shipping delay or customer service issue. It is merchant misrepresentation. Avoid purchasing.

I was interested in a product, but won’t be buying. They are very clearly a scam so please be careful. I had one simple pre-order question and both emails I tried (1. Tried to send a message via their site and 2. Tried to send one in email via the email address listed on their site) came back as invalid and undeliverable.

I cannot recommend the HiZoo Pillow Neck & Shoulder Massager. From the first use, the massager squeaks and is way too loud and annoying to enjoy. Customer service is nonexistent. Emails go unanswered, and the phone number goes straight to voicemail, which is always full. Complete waste of money and highly disappointed. I will report to BBB and on all review sites.

I had very high hopes for this massage but unfortunately it left bruises and red chaffing all over my neck. They have offered me a refund but reading these reviews makes me have my doubts. If you have a very sensitive skin and neck area this machine is too rough.

Didn’t work upon arrival and haven’t been able to return do not buy! Junk
