Insane return policy. If you forget to return the paper card they will charge you. If you take more than 5 days to return they will charge you. When you initiate a return they take days to approve the return but insist that you return immediately to avoid a $100 fee. This product hurt my head/ didn't fit my neck and was a total scam. The return process is full of extra fees and unnecessary emails.

It simply does not fit all neck sizes, but if you do not return it in 30 days they have a restocking fee that quickly escalates to the full price. They also stall you over several emails by refusing to give you return instructions, etc. It is clearly a scam to keep your money. I'm now over the 30 days because I've exchanged about seven emails with them. This time I mentioned the Better Business Bureau so hopefully they will respond to this but at this point I'm planning on just losing this money and having a product I can't use. I guess I'll donate it.

HORRIBLE - my husband ordered for his neck used 1x - left scrape on neck and keep emailing to return and they will not provide me with the return label as their system is down. This is a SCAM - product injured my husband's neck and am being given a hard time to get the return label. DO NOT PURCHASE

If I could give this, no stars I would. Paid way too much money for a copycat unit. I could’ve got for cheap on Amazon. Stupid thing quit working a couple weeks after receiving it. They requested video proof, etc. which I sent. They then said they approved the return under the warranty. I shipped it back. They received it.“Said they were re-shipping “but only sent a tracking number for the original shipment. When confronted they said take it up with USPS. No secondary shipment was made and now it’s up to me to try and dispute it through my credit card company. Want to make sure no one else makes the same mistake. This is why I shy away from buying cheap Internet shit. This company is a scam. Update and reply to house response. I have tried to contact you multiple times. You have not resent anything it’s consistently just we’re looking into it blah blah blah. I’ve actually sent you proof that you have had the supposedly replacement shipment back in your possession since the 20th!! I sent you proof of it and still have not received any new shipment nor my money back. Nice try.

This product gave me wounds on both sides of my neck. I used it 2X, once for less than 1 minute. Gave it a recharge and tried again, on the gentlest setting, with a light hoodie on, for less than 10 minutes, I felt it was irritating my skin, stopped it. Then saw that I had 2, wounds, broken skin, injuries on either side of my neck. They took a few weeks to heal and were quite painful. When I contacted the company and sent pictures, they never took any accoutability for sending me a product that was defective, I was refunded the purchase price after being told I had to return the product within 3 busines days otherwise I would be charged restocking fees, other fees. So, I was refunded in large part but not entirely. This product is NOT READY FOR MARKET - and neither is their team. I was sent a document showing proper placement (and I was using the device corretcly), was told it would be helpful to have a barrier between my skin and the device (I did) but why isn't that in the directions when you receive the device. Why did this particular device make it off the assembly line and into my home? They have more work to do before putting this on the market.

Cancellation ignored, no refund after 3.5 weeks - feels like a scam I purchased through an ad and ended up changing my mind soon after. I emailed to cancel within 5 minutes of ordering, before it had even shipped. I followed up again the next day. Both requests were ignored and the item was sent anyway. The product itself is extremely painful to use and does not fit my neck properly. It is all influencer marketing. The company advertises a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, but after 3.5 weeks of follow-up I still have not received any refund details or meaningful response. A guarantee means nothing if the company doesn't honor it. I'd caution against purchasing…does not feel like a legitimate business practice.

I was very excited about this product until I realized the reviews are all fake. The company requests influencer style videos in exchange for a free product so most the positive raves I fell for were fake. When I went back to see actual reviews, I saw tons of photos of bruises and scabs. I checked behind my ears - and sure enough - I had scabbing and broken skin. Buyer be ware.

I ordered my hizoo and received it a couple days ago and first of all, it looks like it had been used. There was somewhere on the massage part so that is disgusting first of all, but it is extremely painful to use and it rubbed my neck so hard that it left a mark so I am trying to return it, but I sent an email like it says to send to the Support team in on the website and then I came back to me saying that I can’t send an email to them so now I’m trying to get a full refund but the customer service is not reaching out so I don’t know how I’m supposed to get a refund cause $200 for a shitty ass machine that’s gonna hurt me sucks so I wanna be refunded ASAP
