Customer service sucks.can’t get a refund or email to return defective product. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything that comes from china!!!

This is about the misleading website. All indicators (phone, address, warehouse location) tells the customer they are based in MA. HOWEVER, when I ordered their product, I was provided shipping information and it is coming from China! Suddenly I cannot cancel the order and I am faced with dealing with 145% tariffs! All responses to my e-mails from the company are AI generated.

It took almost 1 whole month for the massager to come in the mail. Looks like it was shipped from china so customs took awhile. There was no warning of that. The box package came all bent out of shape, basically smashed while en route. Most disappointing part was the box and manual said a power adapter was included but it was not. When I emailed customer service about it, they didnt say they will fix the mistake and send me one. How am i supposed to use this when I cannot charge the battery? Horrible service. Terrible seller.

I do not recommend this company. I purchased the HiZoo massager, which caused physical discomfort when used. The product came with a "money-back guarantee," but when I requested a refund, I was told I would need to return it at my own expense to the United States—despite the fact that it was shipped to me from NSW, Australia. This was never disclosed at the time of purchase. When I raised this, the company refused to offer a full refund and instead offered a 30% partial refund as a "gesture of goodwill"—for a product that is unusable. Extremely disappointed by the misleading return policy and poor customer service. International customers, be warned: the so-called guarantee is not what it seems.

I placed an order weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. The tracking is vague, constantly delayed, and customer service keeps giving copy-paste excuses. I paid nearly 170 CHF for a product that likely costs 15. This is clearly dropshipping disguised as a legit shop — misleading pricing, false promises, and zero accountability. I strongly advise others to stay away. This experience feels like a scam from start to finish.

The product hurt so much and after using it for only one time it left abrasions on both side sides of my neck that I've nailed turned fire red… They're in pain in the company is not even allowing for a free return

This will ship from China, not the US. That means you have to pay almost 150% on tariff upon delivery. THAT MEANS THIS ISN'T $200, IT IS $500. IT IS NOT WORTH $500. Do not make the mistake of purchasing this item if you live in the US. I contacted the company and you are 100% responsible for the tariff upon delivery.

Do NOT purchase the Hizoo neck massager. It is hard, to close together, so it pinches your skin with every movement and it is very painful. This product is not as advertised like they say. It seems like you will feel relief and release of tension, but it is actually painful and can cause injury because of how hard to the touch it is on your neck, back, spine area. I do NOT recommend. For the price, this is a joke and I truly feel as if it is somewhat of a scam and definitely false advertisement.
