I have had a few issues surface here and there, and not being a computer genius I was pretty stumped even after trouble shooting, so looking into what to do I hit up the support team and within minutes they knew the issue and gave me step by step on how to resolve the issues, and also how to prevent them from occurring again. AMAZING customer service and an awesome OS for mining. Would recommend everybody to use it, so simple, I can even change my settings and check in on my rigs from my phone at work, reset them if I need to, they have it all. 5/5 for sure.

Hive os Has the best customer service. I was helped by their customer care Marcus. He took like 3 hrs to help meout as i had no knowledge of what i was doing., He guided me step by step. I am very thankful fort the wonderful team hive has. I wouldnt mind paying extra if they charge me.

I am not usually not the type of person to leave reviews. But I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised with their quick response to my issue and the applied fix. The system works great as well, I wish I swapped sooner.

Garbage service. Miners always going down mobile app always failing to load data. Ask a question in discord and it never gets answered. I'm moving to miner stat. Rigs can't run more than 7 days before something in Hive OS messes up. Always having to reflash constantly. Done.
