⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Impressive! HitPaw FotorPea has far exceeded my expectations! The AI-powered image enhancement delivers professional results in seconds – even blurry or pixelated photos are transformed into brilliantly sharp masterpieces. The user interface is intuitive and well-organized, allowing even beginners to get started right away without any learning curve. I was especially impressed by the automatic portrait optimization: skin tones look natural, and fine details are perfectly preserved. The noise reduction is simply flawless. Colors become more vibrant without looking artificial or over-processed. The background enhancement feature adds an extra layer of polish that truly sets this software apart from the competition. For photographers, content creators, and anyone who wants to get the very best out of their images, FotorPea is an indispensable tool. Highly recommended – a true game changer!

辛苦了，服務很棒😇 請多多加油。

Tried one of their products (7th February), cancelled immediately (within 10 minutes) as I saw that the product ran at a snails pace unless you purchased online tokens for faster export times. Requested refund but the company refused. I had to go back and forth for a number of days as they continued to deny me a refund. I cited UK refund law: “If you bought the product online, you have an automatic 14-day cooling off period from the day after you receive your order, with some exceptions such as bespoke or made to measure products. If you wish to return a product within these 14 days, there doesn’t need to be anything wrong with the product.” They then agreed to a refund (in writing) within 7-14 business days. That was the 11th February but I’ve still not had the money. I’ve now had to contact my bank to chase this up. Really poor and clearly they lie.

My experience with HitPaw has been overwhelmingly positive, especially when it comes to their customer support. In an era where many software companies rely on automated replies or delayed responses, HitPaw truly stands out. Their support team is remarkably attentive, friendly, and dedicated to resolving issues quickly. Every time I reached out with a question—whether technical or about licensing—they replied with clear, detailed guidance that made the process simple and stress‑free. What impressed me most was their willingness to go the extra mile. They followed up after resolving my issue to ensure everything was still working smoothly, which reflects genuine care for their users, not just closing tickets. It’s rare to find a company that combines great software with such reliable and human customer service, and HitPaw absolutely excels at both. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I took an old poor-quality video and "Hitpaw VikPea Video Enhancer" converted it into a high quality video. In the original video a person's teeth were just a blur. In the "Hitpaw VikPea" Video Enhancer" version of the video you could see and even count every tooth that was a blur on the original.

good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Flawless and rapid conversion of standard bitrate .mp3 files to 320 kbps. I found myself needing to convert low-res .mp3s to a higher bitrate. I searched Google for references for 320 conversion programs, and HitPaw came up in multiple "best of" lists. Signing up was easy, and there are at least 3 subsciption plans available and I found the pricing to be fair. I have not yet used the tool to convert .mov files, but based upon the easy process for converting .mp3s, I would expect the same performance. Highly recommended.
