This company advertise free photo editing tool as a pay-as-you-go service, using paypal I paid a small initial fee for credits to use the service, however I quickly realised that the software was not fit for purpose; it is in fact very poor quality and I uninstalled it. There was no subscription and no mention of one, however HitPaw presented a subscription payment to my PayPal account a month later for 32.04 euro. I requested a refund and HitPaw created a ticket and presented fake evidence to claim that I entered a subscription. The faked evidence even showed a payment in dollars, I believe HitPaw is scamware and the replies to emails are fully automated to deter complaints.

Some of their software do not deliver what they promised. I made a $69.99 purchase to a software that was supposed to improve the quality of my video and that did ABSOLUTELY nothing to it. I've requested a refund and customer service keeps pushing back with different questions. Finally they said is my fault and that they would only refund 50% of it. This is a scam. I can't recommend a company that scam their customer with a product that doesn't work. I have opened a dispute with PayPal and will never buy anything from this company again.

明明買的是永久版, 卻一直被刁難, 還強迫付費升級, 我決定不同了

Terrible scam. They offfer 30-day money back, and do not honor it.

Tried one of their products (7th February), cancelled immediately (within 10 minutes) as I saw that the product ran at a snails pace unless you purchased online tokens for faster export times. Requested refund but the company refused. I had to go back and forth for a number of days as they continued to deny me a refund. I cited UK refund law: “If you bought the product online, you have an automatic 14-day cooling off period from the day after you receive your order, with some exceptions such as bespoke or made to measure products. If you wish to return a product within these 14 days, there doesn’t need to be anything wrong with the product.” They then agreed to a refund (in writing) within 7-14 business days. That was the 11th February but I’ve still not had the money. I’ve now had to contact my bank to chase this up. Really poor and clearly they lie.

normalI downloaded and purchased it only to find out, i had to pay extra, to not wait for 14 hours of rendering of 1 video! 1 video, I feel so cheated and let down - what a scam. Nowhere on the site does it mention you have to pay extra to download the videos in a nomral time frame

Offering a free download for trial, but hiding all functionality behind a purchase, waste of my time and bandwidth. P.S. When you uninstalled they offer you a free 7 day trial. Give me that next time on installation, not when I decided to not waste my time with it.
