Theft, horrible - steer clear
*Update* - My account is showing as "banned" with no information, zero responses from customer support via email, nothing. 2000SC essentially gone with no explanations *Another update* - Unable to get in contact with anyone. My account now seems locked out, no explanation on why additional redemptions do not work. Hefty amount of money sitting in the account, which is infuriating **Still no response from support, but I decided to change from Bank redemption to Debit card - approved quickly and already sent to my bank which is impressive!** All seemed well until attempting to withdraw. There is no live support, support email listed on site doesn't work, and no responses when filling out the form. My withdraw was returned back to my account with no reasoning. My account says verified, however, it seems to also be missing documents - but there is no link or avenue to submit documents... Hopefully this gets handled and I can update this review to 5 stars.
