Title: My Account Was Blocked After I Purchased 3 Packages, and I Was Only Refunded for 2 My experience with Spindoo Casino has been very disappointing, and I want to share it so that other users can be careful with their money. I registered with Spindoo using my cellphone. Later, I accessed my account from my laptop so I could play more comfortably. I purchased 3 packages and successfully redeemed my winnings. The next day, my account was blocked. The only thing I believe I may have done differently was switch devices and possibly use a different IP address: I registered from my cellphone and then used my laptop. I requested information about the reason for the block, but I did not receive a clear explanation. The only response I received was that I had violated a term or condition, without specifying which one. In addition, I requested a refund of my investment, but I was only refunded for 2 of the 3 purchases I made. I am still waiting to receive a refund for the third purchase. I sent them screenshots of my purchases processed by my bank as proof of payment, but so far, I am still waiting for a response and a resolution. My recommendation is to be very careful before investing your money on this platform. In my case, I purchased 3 packages, my account was blocked the next day, and I still have not recovered all of my money. I hope Spindoo reviews my case, explains exactly which term they claim I violated, and refunds the outstanding amount. My experience so far: lack of transparency, unexpected account blocking, and an incomplete refund.

I have been fully verified on this casino with my identity and my proof of address. I have proof I am Verified and have bought many coin packages. I finally tried to make a Redemption, and they will not honor or send my Redemption, as they are lying saying I am not verified, but I have pictures showing I am. I have talked with support going on many days now and they will not help at all with this issue. DO NOT PLAY AT THIS FAKE SCAM CASINO!!!!

The way my situation was handled left a really bad impression. I expected better communication and better customer service. I definitely would not recommend Spindoo based on my experience.

Public relations are huge. Customer Service agents are the stablizers of businesses when it comes to disputes or technical issues,etc. Spindoo has awesome stabilizers! Over the past few days they have been dealing with a technical issue dealing with a reward for completing a task. Over this period of time Spindoo.us Customer service team was excellent. Timely response, determined to fix the situation,patient and polite. I received said reward today! Thank You Spindoo.us! Never change🙂
