Great selection; great service; reasonable pricing

Not sure I will be back?
I ordered a long pirate vest without a problem, until it was time to ship me my order. I was emailed and told that my item was on back order. Then I was told that I could get it in a smaller size. So, I reluctantly agreed to try the smaller size in the hopes that it might fit. A day later, I was emailed again and told that the smaller size was not available either. So, disappointed again, I just requested that my credit card be refunded. C'est la vie.

We sent you an order replying to your order confirmtion about this. We are very sorry and concerned and wanted to check up with you since we did not received any communication from you about this issue. We double checked both of your orders (the clothing and the helmet) and they were processed, sent, and delivered to the shipping address on your order: Edward Norvell 128 South Fulton Street Salisbury NC 28144 The billing address had a different city and we did not ship to that location. Is this not correct? Please let us know so we can help fix this for you.

I am satisfied with my purchase.
I ordered a leather segmenta (Roman) armor piece. It's a bit tight, but I loosed up the back (lace it up like a high boot in the front and back) and it fits fine now, I mostly bought it for a show piece anyway. Nice durable leather. Im happy with the purchase overall.

Disappointing
Tried to order three times, out of stock every time.

Hi Tammy, we are sorry about your buying experience with us. We checked up on your orders and found that you ordered on April 24th and May 25th twice (double order by accident). After the initial order we promptly got back to you saying unfortunately the shirt was out of stock, with no ETA, which would be at least 6-8 weeks before it's back in stock but no indication it will come on the next shipments. I am sorry if we did not communicate that clearly to you, which would have prevented the second ordering in May. In the future, please contact us before ordering with an item that has been out of stock for a while. Thanks!
