I've loved working with Lago! They've been exceptional for our agency, helping us find top marketing and sales talent. We've hired several people, and every person has worked out for us and our team. They made the interview and vetting process amazingly smooth for our team. They were able to put great candidates in front of us that really surprised us! We've referred over a dozen clients to Lago as well so that they can benefit from what is being created there!

Lago has been an incredible recruiting partner. They consistently source top-tier talent that not only meets the job requirements but also aligns with our culture and values. The entire process, from the initial intake to candidate delivery, is smooth, professional, and efficient. What really sets Lago apart is their attention to detail and ability to truly understand what we’re looking for in a hire. It never feels transactional, they operate like an extension of our team. If you’re serious about hiring quality people and want a recruiting experience that’s stress-free and results-driven, I can’t recommend Lago enough. They’ve made a huge impact on our team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

We have hired over 5 people with Lago and have had an amazing experience. LA has been so great to work with! HIGHLY recommend them!
