LagoReviews of hirelago.com

We hired Lago to recruit and staff some VAs for our Property Management business. The process to find, vet and hire the staff only took a couple of weeks. It was a smooth experience from start to finish. Our staff is customer facing so we were insistent on making sure they were good communicators and Lago delivered several options for candidates. Our staff has been integrated in to our team and Lago still keeps in touch to check in.

Broc and his team are top notch professionals in hiring talent. We have made one hire with Lago but have had many interviews with their candidates. I have never had such a solid roster of people to choose from and in such a short amount of time. The person we hired is still with us and will be with us for a long time. Smart people and organized over at Lago. 10/10 would recommend!

Broc has been amazing to work with and his experience unbelievable. I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

I've tried twice in the past to hire overseas talent, and both times it was a disaster. Then I found Lago; they were incredible throughout the entire experience. They were able to bring me so many talented candidates. I was able to find the right fit in almost no time. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for talent abroad.

I had a great experience with Lago, they were able to find me a super solid candidate within 2 weeks who is still on the team today and an awesome talent.

Lago has exceeded my expectations. I was initially hesitant to leverage an off shore team, but Lago has made me a true believer. They quickly found great candidates for us and made the interview and hiring process seamless and easy. We now have a team of 5 from Lago and I've been impressed with all of them, from their work ethic, industry skills, English fluency, etc. I'm so glad we decided to work with Lago and cannot recommend them enough!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Broc and the Lago team from the very beginning—literally. I was one of the first clients when he launched Lago, and from day one, it was clear this partnership would be different. Broc is knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly trustworthy. He’s quick to respond, quick to act, and always brings forward high-quality candidates who are not only well-vetted, but aligned with our culture and needs. At Jaipur Living, we’ve scaled our ecommerce team with Lago’s support. What started as a small engagement has grown into a trusted partnership that continues to deliver. The talent we’ve hired through Lago has consistently exceeded expectations—so much so that we often find ourselves wanting to hire every candidate they present. Lago’s model works because they understand that speed and quality don’t have to be at odds. Their seamless onboarding, tailored matching, and commitment to excellence make them stand out in a crowded space. Whether we’re launching new initiatives or expanding strategically, I know I can rely on Broc and his team to deliver. I’m proud to partner with Lago and would recommend them without hesitation. We hired two fantastic candidates via Lago! They are incredibly easy to work with, provide high-quality candidates efficiently, and have helped answer numerous internal regulatory questions. I highly recommend working with them and we plan to continue to leverage them for offshore resources.
