Aloha Kimo! I'm so sorry to hear about your poor experience! I looked up your order and see you had ordered the Oasis Root Cubes. Due to the extreme fragility of that product we are unable to ship unfortunately.. Our sincerest apologies! There is a note about this under the item on our website at www.hilogrowshop.com/products/gmso5010. We would like to make this right somehow. Please contact us at your earliest convenience! We do have other rooting media that we can ship! Thank you again for your order, time and feedback. Hope to hear from you soon! Tyler & The HGS Team
