On January14, 2024 I ordered one of their heated vests. After reviewing their advertisement l found there were no batteries included. In the very fine print on their site. Within 20 minutes l sent an email to cancel the order, but received a reply saying cancelations were not an option, even though their order confirmation email said it would take 1 to 3 days to inspect and prepare the order. I received the parcel January 29, 2024, which is timely enough, considering it came from China. I had ordered a size medium but extra large was received. I have sent 5 emails to the links that are on their site. Each one has been returned with "permanent fatal errors". No response; no satisfaction. I am now the proud owner of a very expensive, extra large, non functioning vest. "Disappointed" is not how l feel. Rymes with "crewed".

Received the vest and the power button wis damaged. Also, the only heat was around the collar and the lower left quadrant in back. I contacted them and they asked that I send pictures, which I did. They acknowledged receiving the pictures and apologized for the product. That was in January and I haven't heard from them since. I too, wish I had read the reviews first.

The vest is total junk.

Do not buy from this company! I tried to return an item, unopened and still in the box. They said I had to send it with tracking which would cost me more than the original price of $65 OR they could just refund me $8. What a .ripoff

I ordered 2 pair of heated gloves that were suppose to come with a rechargeable battery pack. They came with a box for 3 AAA battery’s. Tried to email them but received 17 emails that my emails didn’t go thru for numerous reasons. DO NOT Order From them Huge SCAM!!!!!!

I too shoulda read these reviews, got heated gloves that don't work, I can return them at my cost to Hong Kong. Also the 'Unbiased Review' website rating these gloves the best is a scam, tried to email them to ask why the rating but emails returned undeliverable. This Chinese scam should be exposed and they should sell their junk to the Russians.

Plastic garbage bags that they call vests. Not only did they send the wrong sizes but the vests are thin, I don't see how they would keep you warm and the thin wire inside of them is an accident waiting to happen. I requested a return label, let's see how long that takes considering they shipped from China not the USA.
